"Not worth spending money "

. To be honest I am not satisfied with the service .
Reasons being -
1) i think i should have had the strategy session first as told before rather than jumping straight to personal statement session .
I requested the bemo support also that i am not able to see strategy session in my available sessions but nobody helped me . The bemo representative with whom i had the meeting yesterday told me that i should talk to support about strategy session and he continued with personal statement session .
2) I feel more lost than before after first session as i feel like the process might be too long and i need to submit my application in time .
So honestly at this point i am not at all satisfied and do not feel the service is worth spending huge amount of money that you guys charge .
Nobody is replying to my email or even calling me back . It is so difficult to get hold of you guys.
