avoid this web hosting company. Hosted several VPS and wordpress websites with them. Consistently breakdown and longest breakdown more than 12 hours.
Never had explanation and improving.

their is no support . Chat option is not working on their no number mention . Ticket open but 1 hour passed but no response . Our windows server stop working we have critical working and everything stop and they have no response. The most pethatic thing is their chat option in customer portal stop working . Their is no option to approach them. Do not recommend if you have important working . Critical work find other options dont go with them

really horrible customer service and not willing to help. server not good and not user friendly. i thought it's a good company because some reviews are good until started using them. definitely will not recommend to anyone. i now moved to Windowsvps Host as they are better

after talking customer service, they made larger bandwidth, later they narrow it again

They lie about gb, it said 30 gb but computer only comes with like 15gb.

I had a terrible experience with Io Zoom. Their VPS hosting plans may look promising, but their customer service and technical support are incredibly lacking. Whenever I had an issue or needed help with something, their support team was slow to respond and often unhelpful. It seemed like they didn't know how to solve technical issues and just provided generic responses that didn't solve the problem.

Additionally, I had a billing issue where I requested a refund for a canceled order, but I never received the refund. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls to their support team, I never received a response or any help with the issue.

Overall, I would not recommend Io Zoom to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient VPS hosting provider. Their lack of proper customer support and billing issues make them a risky choice for any business or individual looking to host their website or application.

"Stay away from them....."

We were a long standing customer of IOZoom (4 years) and had upgraded our services to dedicated service. We paid for backup additions and they said they would take care of the upgrade and make sure the backups werre working. Our developer was working on something and was told he needed to go through a process on the IOZoom platform (their software) to complete it which he did. When he ran their software it corrupted our server. We asked them to restore the backups to be told "You dont have any backups". We hosted 7 different sites on the server, lost 6 of them and we were luckey we had a local copy of our main site. There were not one bit helpful at all, saying that we didnt set up backups despite us having emails saying they were setting them up as part of their upgrade (and which we paid for monthly). They blamed a failed part in the server, said we didnt have raid, which we also paid for. Our main site and booking system was down for 36 hours due to this meaning no one could work on our system not could clients book. I would not recommend them at all, useless they were and took no responsibility for the issue
