I was understandably hesitant about ordering a $4000 bike online and from interstate, but reading the positive reviews helped so I thought I'd add mine to the list. Everything went smoothly, the bike shipped within 48 hours, was well packed and only took 5 days to my door in WA. They even called to confirm rider weight to set up the fork pressure before shipping, a nice touch.
