Integro have been managing my contractor accounts for a number of years and have always given a consistent, reliable, and given excellent service. Alan is always available to chat things through when I have needed to. Integro have also come up with a very useful offering for contractors such as myself who have moved between inside and outside IR35 contracts. I would definitely recommend them

Integro have been looking after my accounts for a number years now and throughout I have found their service to be exceptional. Natasha is always very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any queries and the regular activities are always completed accurately and timely.

I've used Integro for over 2 years to deal with the accounting of my Limited company. Their service was really outstanding. Ryan D. was my accountant for the whole 2 years and I really appreciated to have 1 point of contact. It was also great to have most of my Accounting automated via the Freeagent app, while still having a very personal service where I could always drop a call to my accountant or send an email to ask any question.

You can also judge of the quality of a service when things go wrong and they sort it out. This is what happened to me when HMRC duplicated my tax number and wanted to charge me twice. I tried to call HMRC once and gave up after waiting 30 min for a service agent to pick up the line. Thankfully Integro dealt with them directly and sorted everything out and they never charged me anything above my usual monthly fee.
