"Unpleasant experience"
Was told plumber would attend between 1-3 pm. Arrived at 9am as I was leaving for Dr appointment. Asked that he come back at the arranged time. Then got a tetchy and rude reply from the company that as I had not let the man in at the appointed time they would contact me after a week to reschedule. I sent them a copy of their own message saying the would send someone between 1 - 3 pm only to be told that that was an 'estimated' time and I should have let the man in to work even if I wasn't going to be there, irregardless of whether I would have been comfortable with that or not. Unpleasant to deal with.

I don’t know where to begin with my review as I don’t think I can find enough words to say how thankful I am to Bind Energy for everything!
From start to finish they were absolutely amazing - from Dani’s quick response time to my Bark request & amazing, friendly email and telephone communication throughout, to Matt coming to view the job (my old boiler, which was already installed when I bought my flat 12 years ago and in the most awkward position to get to, needed replacing and I wanted to ensure that, when getting a new boiler fitted, it met all Gas Safety regulations and could be easily accessed in future), to Matt’s attention to detail, expertise and invaluable advice which was second to none, to the detailed and competitive quote I received promptly after and in getting a date set for the job to be undertaken, to the most wonderful, friendly and conscientious team (Liam & David) whose workmanship was faultless in removing the old and fitting the new boiler and installing a loft ladder with such thought, precision & care, to the other two workmen (whose names I apologise for not knowing) who erected and dismantled a scaffolding tower in skilful time & with the greatest care for my neighbour’s garden & wall (where they needed access to/from in order to reach the flue), to Matt being on hand the entire time providing not only amazing support but the peace of mind in knowing that any obstacle or challenge met, no matter how great or small, would be tackled without any concern.
My flat and communal hallways were left wonderfully clean on completion, my new Worcester boiler is working beautifully and, with all the paperwork (installation record, 10 year guarantee etc invoice) received immediately after and follow up support & annual servicing in place, I am left not only feeling like a very satisfied customer but feel very fortunate in having met such a wonderful team of people who, from the bottom of my heart, I am truly grateful to.
To anyone who has managed to read through my review, in short - I would highly recommend Bind Energy as they were beyond brilliant.

Awesome service and so simple! Boilers are boring but we all need them! When mine went wrong i found Bind and they had a new one installed within days. There should be more services out there that do what they say, like these guys do!
