Took my bike to a well known car & Bike co “Hal” !! Who charged me for a service & did nothing but tell me I needed more work & expense. When I took my bike to JB’s not only did I get a good service the so called problems where sorted and explained. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable and at a very reasonable price .. will definitely use them again & tell anyone who will listen what a great job they did. Make this your first stop for bike repairs.

I bought a bike on this website, the money was taken off my credit card, no one answers the emails, the address indicated on the site is not JB-Bike, the web page is often down.

I can tell you for fact its a fake company. I have made it my business to find many fake companies like this one. This is one of the fake ones, Im afraid. Along with Willy Bike, Diamond Bikes, and Indora Cycles. All fake, and There are clearly plenty of others. I have seen on many platforms reviews trying to convince people otherwise, but they are definitely fake. With the exception of very few, bike companies like Cannondale, Trek, and Specialized dont let distributors sell their bikes online. Usually its only consumer direct or direct from a shop for a lot of major brands now. Do not buy or look at any of these sites unless you have the deepest pockets ever and wish to use your money and get nothing for it.

"Ordered a Trek mountain bike on July…"

Ordered a Trek mountain bike on July 10, 2020. JBike and City Transit sent tracking number. Updated shipping info from Jakarta to Singapore to Pakistan to Ireland to New York. No update since August 10, I contacted via email both JBike And City Transit, both said bike would arrive August 20. No response to any communication since August 12. No bike delivered. Filed a dispute with PayPal and my CC company for refund.

"Very Elaborate Scam!"

Very Elaborate Scam!! Ordered a bike from J Bike On Aug. 9th 2020. J Bike sent me very detailed documents, both the order and tracking / shipping information. After about a month, J Bike said they had a problem with Paypal and requested that I send them the payment through Western Union. This is a scam!!! Don't send them any money!!!

Complete scam. You’ll get a tracking number to a company called Transcargo...I followed my “bike” from Jakarta to Pakistan...then to Ireland...then finally New York. It’s been in customs since July 28th. They’ll respond to emails, but it’s crickets now...they must have an inside man with Transcargo that gives them a tracking number...I used PayPal so I’m covered, but don’t waste your time. I gave them 5 stars so when Jbikes flags the review...anyone looking them up on Trustpilot will realize that if they want to hide a 5 star review, it means somethings wrong.

"I got cheated"

I ordered a Rock Hopper and paid for it. It shipped to New York, reportedly, and then never continued shipping to me. No one answers their emails or phones. I still don't have the bike I paid for.
