Terrible Service & Lack of Transparency – Avoid!

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Fusion. Despite multiple requests, they have failed to provide a proper transaction statement from the Stripe payment gateway, instead sending incomplete and misleading reports.

They claim data protection prevents them from sharing spreadsheets, yet they have previously sent similar files via WhatsApp. Their excuses are inconsistent, and their lack of transparency raises serious concerns.

To make matters worse, my business payouts have been withheld for over a month, causing major financial disruption. Repeated follow-ups have led nowhere, and they ignore clear requests for accurate financial data.

If you value honest service, timely payments, and clear communication, I strongly advise against using Fusion. Avoid at all costs!

"Terrible service"

Where do I begin. They have a terrible track record in managing issues when clients report them. In some instances they fail to recognise the problem. With my current predicament it’s been 48 hours since I raised a complaint. One of their people called me yesterday and had mistaken the issue as an app issue instead of an issue on the website. When I spelled the concern again, he said he will let the website team know and voila it’s been another 24 hours and no resolve.
I’ve been having issues with them since the start.
They have been charging me for a sms marketing service and I asked them what messages do they send. This question was mind you nearly 4 months ago, along with other concerns I raised and has yet not been answered. They are supposed to help me with social media marketing and yet nothing has been done in that space. I got two random calls from an agent who claimed to be my customer support manager at around lunch time, which as you can tell in a restaurant can be a busy time. Even through I have told them that this is a bad time to call, they insist on calling or giving missed calls at that time.
