I had a technical issue with ordering on their website and they were extremely helpful on the phone, not only helping me to expedite the order but also shipped it to me in record speed. The product arrived within 2 days, way before i was expecting it. We are very happy with our experience.

The so called new headphone is opened and used. Even the replacement after that is also halfly opened. Cannot believe this can happen in Ebay purchase.
