Basically, if they screw up you are out the money.
No doubt they will respond to this, don’t listen. Their shipping fees are exorbitant!; they need to take responsibility for getting the item there.
It’s not that complex. If you purchase an item it’s reasonable to expect it to arrive. If it doesn’t arrive, they have to re-ship it or issue a refund.
USA customers: Check with your credit card institution prior to purchasing on the rules & regulations that govern chargebacks.
Read this:
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute a parcel back to us. If the parcel is delayed in customs, we are not responsible for the delay, and we cannot issue a refund until the products are returned to us minus shipping fees.

Once customs seizes an item, it rarely releases it. Moreover, you would be trusting them to handle the logistics on having the item returned, which is a lengthy troublesome process.

Here’s what’s going on: I hope you don't receive an unexpectedly large bill from this website like I did. I am still under investigation, but here is my story:
I am reaching out to discuss a recent billing statement I received for $741.88 dated 02/06/2025. Upon reviewing my bank records, I believe there may have been an error, as the agreed-upon amount for my order was $591.00. Also, I got another bill of $22.26 for a foreign currency conversion fee. What's this?  I need a refund asap.
