"Returns are costly"
I love the high impact protein (both the whey and plant based), and have tried a number of things including the Foundation Phytonutrients and High Impact endurance, which we've liked but haven't been as dedicated to. I ordered Foundation Four and was looking forward to it, but once we tried it, we just really hated the taste, and requested a return, as everything has a 90 day guarantee were totally comfortable with trying it... HOWEVER, today I had to pay $23+ to send it back, more than 1/2 the cost of one jar of the product (we paid $120 for 3 of them). Very unhappy with this, and will be reticent to try any new product from MyPowerLife, despite being very loyal to Tony Horton for years now.
May be time to find a different protein product too. This left a bad taste in out mouth in more ways than one.

"I bought a supplement from PowerLife"
I bought a supplement from PowerLife, after checkout the website directed me to additional products and asked if interested. I proceeded to add the additional items to my shopping cart, so I don’t have to look for the items later, and will look into the products. I did not know they were going to charge me at that moment and place the order. When I saw they did, I Immediately called customer service to tell them I did not want to place that order just yet.. they gave me a refund, i explained i had thought the additional order was going to go to the “shopping cart” not my previous order i had placed. When I got the refund i was short almost 28.00!!! I called customer service and she claimed it was because it was because of customs duties, when I was not satisfied I asked to talk with a supervisor named “Patty” and she was very rude, and blamed my bank. I called my bank and they told me this happened because it took over 24 hours for them to recieve the canclation from Powerlife, thus changing the exchange rates. However, I cancled in less then 1 minute after I saw the order did not go to the shopping cart, rather the order proceeded on it’s own. I tried to explain this to customer service and they didn’t care! I explained i would like the 28 dollar difference, or a voucher, they basically told me too bad. What kind of website takes your money without authorization on the website, and then doesn’t rectify the problem? Gives a bad taste in the mouth without even trying the product!! Tony stand by your product and don’t allow the website to do this, and don’t allow customer service to be so ignoratnt to glitches that take place on your end!

"The Endurance supplement gave me more energy …"
The Endurance supplement is wonderful and Tony Norton’s company is better than any of the other companies. Soon after starting the Endurance supplement and noticing a difference that I felt stronger and had more energy I developed a very bad virus (probably RSV-a horrible virus for infants and seniors, can be deadly).
But when I recovered I had an excess of the Endurance. I was shocked when Brittney, the sweetheart in customer service told me that they would hold back the box of 6 bottles they were getting ready to send me. I could also return.3 other boxes of 6 bottles. This would put over $500.00 back into my account-$128.24/4 boxes. I had explained to Brittany how ill I had been at the time I should have been taking IT and hadn’t been able to return it. I’m sure they still would have returned it because it’s their policy so I don’t understand why other people had difficulty returning theirs. Sometimes it’s the way you approach the situation. And some of the other poor reviews….. some-
times no matter what you do, there are people NO matter what you do you CAN NOT PLEASE THEM!!!!!!!!
I was VERY impressed with Brittney, PURE HEALTH CO. that returned my excess and extremely pleased with the product that gave me more energy and strength. Thank you so very much!!!!!

I am 63 and have been trying to lose 5-8 pounds for 30 years. I have kept up a good exercise program, watched what it eat and even tried a few different diets with very minor success. I have been taking half the recommend amount of power life recommended and I reached my goal in a few weeks. I have also noticed my energy has also greatly improved as well. It has been amazing.
