"Beware of Fliqa India – My Experience Suggests a Scam"

I want to share one of the most distressing and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with Fliqa India, in the hope of warning others before they potentially fall victim. Here is a step-by-step account of what happened:

Paid in Advance, No Deliverables
I booked Fliqa India for a photography/videography package, paying an advance.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received the promised photos, album, or any refund for the unfulfilled services.

Ignoring Emails and Blocking on Social Media
My numerous emails to their support went largely unanswered. On the rare occasions they replied, they offered no concrete timeline or resolution.

When I reached out on Facebook, they initially responded with vague assurances, then blocked me entirely, cutting off that line of communication.

Questionable Office Addresses
In a bid to resolve the matter in person, I visited their so-called offices in Noida and Kolkata, which turned out to be non-existent. This was a major red flag about their legitimacy.

Final “Excuse” – False Claims About Negative Reviews
After months of back-and-forth, at the very end of our communication, Fliqa India claimed that I had posted negative reviews (which I had not) and used that as a reason to refuse any further discussion or refund.

This appeared to be a last-ditch attempt to dodge accountability and shift blame onto me instead of honoring their commitments.
Scam-Like Behavior
Based on the above, it seems they never intended to deliver what was promised or to return my money. Their strategy appeared to be stonewalling and then disappearing once confronted with their unprofessional practices.

In my opinion, you would be safer finding a reputable vendor with a proven track record and verifiable office locations.
I’m sharing this detailed review because I don’t want anyone else to experience the same frustration and loss. If you value transparency and reliability, you should strongly reconsider doing business with Fliqa India.

Worst Experiences With Fliqaindia
1. False Commitment : They send freelancers but Fliqaindia mentioned at the time of booking that they never work with freelancers , they only work with experienced on role employees. They send the freelancer whose work I rejected earlier. Later they give explanation that they did not provide on role employee on basic package, but my question is why you have not mentioned this at the time of booking?
2. Late Arrival : Videographer Reached at destination at evening 7 pm , instead of early morning on wedding day.
3. Tradition Videography instead of Cinematography : As per quotation they should provide cinematography but they Provided Just Traditional Video.
4. Late Delivery of Items as per quotation : They Delivered Wedding album on 25.07.2022 and Pend Drive on 04.09.2022 which is nearly 5 month and 7 month after my wedding event , wedding date 20.02.2022 . And this delivery was provided multiple times by mail and phone call reminder. And pen drive given after a comment on Facebook page.
5. Non Providing Content as Per quotation : As per quotation they did not provide a. Cinematic Videography b. Trailer Video c. All raw Photos (Only Album edited photos are provided ) d. As per quotation Specially Edited Photo , e. When I commented about non delivering pen drive , they committed to me they will send Rs.1000 amazon voucher along with pen drive , which was not included on delivery parcel , and again they prove they just do false commitment to customer.
6. Rude and misbehavior with customer : After I shared my experience previously on Facebook page they requested me to remove the review , I thought I will remove after I received pen drive and all content , but again they show negligence above mentioned content are not provided. I am writing this review Only because of Misbehavior and rude behavior by FliqaIndia representative specially Mr. Pratyush , Co-Founder of Fliqaindia. They do not even respond to phone calls sometimes.
7. My personal observation on reviews of Fliqaindia Facebook page : Later I found after deep observation that Many of Facebook page reviews were given from non active profiles , after seeing at the time of posting of review and reviewer's profile . Of Course this is my personal observation before booking you should observe by yourself.
8. Somehow they provided some discount after the issue I faced , after long negotiation. But I must say I would be very happy if they provided quality service instead of a discount. A wedding is a once in lifetime event, and for mine case they just spoiled it.

9. Request to Fliqaindia : If you are not comfortable to work with a low budget then please don't take orders instead of harassing customers .
