His sons and nephew work with him, and the amazing kind Alice who is the registered gemologist. Steve answers the phone. Alice answers the phone. Their sons do too. They are all kind and helpful. I think that I am extremely discerning, and they have exceeded my expectations. The fact is that they tailor the designs to the customer’s specifications and desires. I had a preconceived vision for how I wanted my tanzanite ring to be. They sent me the stones to view per my request before the ring was made. They ended up recasting the ring with no difficulty to make sure I was totally satisfied. I am very pleased with my ring, the stones, their recommendations, and customer service which is exceptional. I read reviews like this before I risked buying fine jewelry on line. I can tell you they are for real.

It was an exceptional experience buying my tanzanite stone from tanzanitejewelrydesigns. Steve and his staff provided a very personal shopping experience, spending time with me every step of the way! Steve is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and Alice made the extra effort to show me the stone on a zoom call to show me the stone before I purchased it. The stone was absolutely beautiful with a very rich deep blue/violet color alive with red flashes. This type of stone is very hard to find in a smaller 1.3 carat stone, and they had exactly what i have been looking for! I cannot say enough about tanzanitejewelrydesign! I give them a 10+++
