"Run Run, don't walk away."

Run, don't walk away. The server is down at least once every other day. Sometimes for hours. The longest was 9 hours.

"Happy Customer since 11/2022"

We have been a customer since Nov 2022. Since then, we have had excellent customer service. Most of our issues involve needing a re-set. The re-set is always handled swiftly even on the weekends and evenings. Customer support made suggestions to eliminate some re-set issues we occasionally experienced with QuickBooks. Since we implemented this suggestion, the need for re-sets has been eliminated.

"Summit Compared to the Rest"

We have a number of Sage & QBD clients hosting on Summit. Summit's fast support response times are outstanding. They also allow and admin user access allowing us to manage the applications autonomously. Other providers lock everything down and you can't do anything without a support ticket which has caused clients to miss payroll deadlines over a simple payroll update. That doesn't happen with Summit.

I have been a Summit Hosting customer since October 2022, and a Handy Networks customer since October 2015, before the Summit Hosting acquisition.

My experience is that Summit Hosting operates its customer service and tech support departments with top-tier professionalism, sincere cordiality, and mind-blowing punctuality in terms of response times, which is unparalleled in many mid-size to large companies. If the saying "You get what you pay for" is true, then Summit Hosting is overdelivering. This is not hyperbole. If you require professional hosting services, from single, fully-managed server set-ups to self-managed VPS, and expect concerned, expedient responses and solutions, whether from the billing department, but particularly from support staff, then you will not be disappointed contracting with Summit Hosting if your experience nears the experience I have enjoyably had for the past nearly 10 years.

I highly recommend Summit Hosting for your hosting needs, large or small.

"Terrible"

Terrible. Users continually kicked off server. Tech support has no idea how to troubleshoot their own issues. For months they tell us we have a "data leak" and to buy more memory. Every month its the same. Now when we ask for assistance, we receive snotty emails back from tech support with links to instruction pages to fix it yourself. Overpriced and useless.

There is 0 cohesiveness in their technical support team.

Your ticket bounces around like a ping pong ball to different people with no one getting deep into the issue. Tickets stay open for over 30 days with loops and loops.

It's horrendous 'busy' work making you think you're getting closer to an issue to find out eventually 'it's not us, it's you'.

You sell us on a product, and an idea, and we pay, and you cannot deliver it.

Don't get me wrong, there are some GOOD potential in their team. It's more of a PROCESS issue. An internal issue with their department.
