"Really unreliable"

Really unreliable, up to an hour late if they even turn up, can't get an honest answer from the office when I ring them asking where my cab is.. Some drivers don't even offer my change,they just keep it. Some drivers don't know where they're going when they've been there 2 days before. I've been a loyal customer for 20 yrs and it has been getting steadily worse for the lasg few. This company has gone so far down hill I fear it is doomed, such a shame.

"Advance cabs Chingford gone down hill"

I’ve use Advance cabs Chingford many times and found them professionally and helpful. Unfortunately this is No longer the case rude and unprofessional and unable to deal with the pressure of other incoming calls. Will never use them again, but they don’t care

I didnt even want to leave one star ,ordered cab which turned up 15 minutes late for our appointment ,and that was after at least 2 calls to the operator to fi d out where the cab was ,because we reached our appointment 15 minutes late we did not get the treatment we booked and lost £45 ,they should not be operating g very bad service

I wish I had read the reviews before booking a local taxi company to pick
Me up from stansted. Absolutely terrible, car never arrived, driver said he has never been to stansted and after waiting with my 5 year old for over 30 mins in the same spot I had repeatedly told the driver where I was he still never arrived. When I asked what his car details where he replied it’s a red car. Called main switchboard who kept telling me he was either minutes away or there and he wasn’t. I had to make alternative arrangements to get home and said I want a refund and they refused saying they had sent a car. Absolute joke and I wish I had never have been so generous to pay them up front as the cowboys are now holding my money. Do not ever use.

"Unreliable, scatty, rude..."

I cancelled the car from Stansted Airport, as the driver did not even start the journey after the plane landed. The operator was extremely unpleasant and informed me 'i don't take any sh××, you will get your refund today'. This was on 16/4/21. Exactly two weeks later the minicab 'leading company' hogging the money. Refunded belatedly, but no apology.

"Terrible"

Terrible, I was made to pay extra for a regular size box that l couldn’t fit in the trunk .
The driver was very patronising and repetitively telling me not to stress just because I was making a point .
Truly an awful experience

"Rude and Vile"

Rude and Vile. Disrespectful.
I would not even give one star.
You call my girlfriends number on a number that she did not recognize at 1am and when she called back you was passive aggressive and by far rude just because she was making sure it was not an emergency being that time in the morning by a number she did not know. Rude vile staff and if the rest of your team is like this then I can not see you company succeeding.

Used to be okay but now they tell you theyll be there in a certain time then turn up an hour later. The cars are pretty filthy too
