My husband has been dealing with these people, They are so arrogant it is difficult to believe. Having been sent faulty goods they started off by dispensing fatuous advice and descended to being rude, He has already declared a dispute at the bank and is drawing up a county court action to get his money back

They always have an answer for my questions. Always look forward to going in as I know I'll have a fun experience.

"Rude swearing staff, no customer care"

I visited the store on Friday morning to purchase goods for my boat. Stood by the till with 3 staff standing in the corner having a social chat. Then one of the staff out load said to the younger employee (Harry) "You're *ucking way off there." The younger lad then acknowledged me with the bald older rotund male standing behind him. I asked if they had a certain size bolt, when I got a blunt "no" from the older chap. Strange, as I then looked at the stock and there was what I was looking for exactly. Staff in the store on the morning of 14/07/23 were rude arrogant and no customer care at all. Sorry you have lost any future custom from me for my boat and I certainly won't be recommending you.

Having just purchased over £110 worth of goods 15 minutes before closing I politely asked if they could change a £5 note for some coins for the parking meter. Was told bluntly they had no change. If we had not already purchased the items, we would have left them and walked out. We are local residents and regular customers of Norfolk marine, having spent many hundreds of pounds with them over the years. They clearly don't have any respect for any of their customers. We will not be shopping there again.

I spoke to Peter who was very helpful and offered to post the wetsuit jacket outside of the UK. The jacket arrived very quickly and I am thrilled. Good company, got stuck needing fenders for the boat in a hurry as I had to move marinas, called them, they got them ready within the hour, collected and paid by card. Hassle free, great service.
