Mountain Crest Gardens is THE BEST!! I was hesitant to order succulents online but took a chance! Even ordered a couple sale items! Arrived ahead of the estimated delivery! Their packing is the best! The mail person left it laying on its' side, although it was CLEARLY marked "this side up". Packing was so good nothing was disturbed & plants in perfect shape! I will definitely order again...GREAT company!!

All of my plants were in great condition! Due to the great care they take in packaging, there wasn’t any damage to the plants even though the delivery agent placed them upside down on my porch. I’ve ordered close to 100 succulents from them and they always thrive!

I received my order in great shape!! I wasn't quite sure if I needed to leave my plugs with the netting or remove it. I called and spoke with a young lady who seemed to be tickled about something. I'm pretty sure it was my accent since I have a good East Texas draw. But, I got over it. My mangaves are planted and thriving! I thank you for having what I needed at a great price!

I purchased quite a few mangaves. The smallest ones had lost most of their soil during transport. However, it has been more,than a week since I potted them up, and they are holding up. Not thriving and growing as well as the larger ones I purchased. I will probably not order “plugs” again, but will stick to the regular and large size ones. They are performing beautifully and are very true to the descriptions and photos on the website.
