After initial flight booking fèel throw Simon Hill worked very hard to find me a flight for my family on the airline I wanted. Even after credit card was declined due to a bank hold, Simon contacted me and worked with me will I got the problem sorted.

"Flight cancelled the night before"

10 hours before a booked and confirmed flight the airline says the ticket was cancelled. I cannot get ANYONE on the phone to explain what is going on. The airline can do nothing. Stranded

I wish there was a lower star than one. Their website gives cheap prices but then you have to call to confirm and the prices don’t match with what you see. I still ended up booking my tickets through them and omg when I tell you I had to call many times a day!!! Finally towards the end got a confirmation email but I called again to confirm and they said it was not booked fully because the “promotion” ended?????? And still did not received my tickets. It took a week to get a “confirmed” booking and yet it was never booked when I called. Now 2 days before my trip they tell me the price is higher than what I was given originally since promo ended??? Makes absolutely no sense why confirm tickets but don’t charge or inform me about the promotion or my ticket not being confirmed???? Please you need to be re trained & know how to do a better job and stop scamming people out their money!!!! “Mark” was the guy and the director line was this number and manager Alex was also giving same promo deals that doesn’t exist!!!! Hire people that know how to give real Guaranteed bookings for their customers!!!!! This is their direct line 8553163715
