"This is a scam company"

This is a scam company. I purchased the pillow directly from the website which states a 30 day return policy, no questions asked. I have been emailing back and forth since the day I received the pillow regarding a refund. The box arrived broken, torn, and wet. When I opened the pillows, they fabric was very low quality (snags and other signs of cheap materials). After I put the pillow repackaged back, I took pictures and then emailed them directly to process a refund.

The responses are delayed and the spelling and grammer is poor. Also, I've been asked many many questions about and I still don't have directions on how to return the product. I do not have a Return Authorization number or shipping label to send the product back. Instead I continue to receive emails and recently was offered 30% refund if I just used the pillows anyway. Do not purchase these pillows.

"Absolute Comfy Pillow"

Absolute Comfy Pillow. When i first ordered form Sleepsia i was a little bit confused about their product( Shredded Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow) quality. But when i received the pillow it exceeds my expectations in every possible way. The pillow is fluffy and soft but not too much. Has a proper amount of support for the sleeper.
