I really can't say enough good words about Gmoves. Very professional, on time, I was constantly in contact with George. Clear instructions what to expect, no nonsense, no problems with payment, quick and clear invoices. 2 very professional men made it look so easy. Everything was very tidy and all our belongings arrived with no damage at all. Even many of our glass framed paintings.
If I ever move again I will not look for another company. As long as Gmoves exists I will only use them.
One of the most stressful days in my life was the most enjoyable.

I recently moved with Gmoves and had a pleasant experience moving to Scotland from London. Our mover was very kind and experienced, and moved all of our belongings down a flight of stairs and into our new flat by himself, which we really appreciated. Only downside was the time slots- I was told that they would arrive from 3-4pm, and they arrived at 12:15pm instead. Similar thing happened on the drop-off- was given a time frame of 2-3pm for drop-off, and they didn’t arrive until 6:45 in the evening.

"Not so great service "

The delivery was scheduled at 1 PM but the van didn't come till 6 PM and no alternate was provided. The helpers were in a hurry to pack things and went outside. Quite rough handling of the goods and where always in a hurry to complete things.
I heard that they outsource to someone in the local area and the one came.to us provided a bad service.
The van was good a big Luton van.
