"Fake ? Reconditionned ? Out of date products !!"

I ordered two times to this shop. The first time, my products arrived opened and it seems already used. After several exchanges, the merchant finally agreed to change them...
Second order, I received some products which were out of date !! Considering the life span of cosmetics, I am worried how long they were kept in their drawers !!
Anyway, I contacted them and was told I should learn how to read: it was apparently written that the expiry date was coming veeeeeeeery quickly !
Was it added in the description after my complain, I do not know. All I know is this website is cheating and maybe reselling fake or reconditioned products
Pass your road if you don't want to lose your money and keep your skin !

"This company is full of crap!"

I placed an order on this website on March 11, 2022.At that time, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the package did not arrive in my town until the end of July, during which time no Courier called me to tell me that the package had arrived. It was not until less than a week later that I checked the logistics information of the package and found that the package was already on the way to be returned.Therefore, I have contacted the express company and RM365 as soon as possible, and the express company replied that the parcel had been on the plane and could not be sent back. ZOE, the customer service of RM365, told me that they would give me after-sales service after receiving the package. Ok! So I waited another year! On May 19, 2023, ZOE told me that they finally received the package, but they would destroy the package if I don't pay for the re-delivery fee!!! I don't accept this because this is not my fault!!! So I asked them to refund or ask the express company to make compensation, but they refused to refund and told me that the express company could not handle this order because it took too long!!!!! But it was ZOE who told me before that she would handle this package after receiving it!! As of August 3rd, their last email told me that they can not deal with this anymore, and hope that I can have a good experience by placing orders on their website in the future!!!!!!!! How funny of this company!!!!!!!! Full of crap!! I paid for the products and I didn't get it and I didn't get the refund!!!!

"Monument and fraud... Careful."

I placed an order on December 31, 2022, and requested shipping to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but due to circumstances I do not know, the shipment was suspended by DHL, and I returned to the company again, and so far I have not refunded my money... This is fraud. I contacted them and sent hundreds of messages. They told me to send another address to Germany. And I paid for DHL shipping again, and I did not receive my order. Beware, this site is a fraud

"service client déplorable"

Titre : Avis très mécontent -

Je suis profondément déçu par le manque de professionnalisme et de réactivité de la société RM365 . Mon colis du 04/10/2022 ,pour la livraison confié à Chronopost, qui a reconnu que mon colis a été perdu.
La société RM365 est la seule habilité a faire les démarches pour le remboursement.
En tant que consommateur, j'estime que RM365 a négligé son devoir envers moi et a fait preuve d'une indifférence totale face à mes préoccupations.
Cette entreprise a échoué dans sa mission principale de livrer le colis (sachant que Chronopost a très mauvaise réputation), mais elle n'est pas très réactive auprès de celui ci afin d' honoré sa promesse de remboursement. C'est un manque de respect envers les clients. Je me sens trahi.


En conclusion, je déconseille vivement la société RM365 à quiconque recherche un service fiable et professionnel. Leur incapacité à rembourser mon argent après neuf mois est inacceptable. J'espère que ce message servira d'avertissement à d'autres consommateurs et les incitera à choisir des entreprises plus respectueuses de leurs clients.

"Mesoestetic Dermamelan intimate area cream"

I bought Mesoestetic Dermamelan Intimate Home Depigmenting Gel (1 x 50ml). The delivery was super quick. The product hasn’t made any difference. It also has an odd smell. I waited for a few months so I could offer an honest review. I won’t be buying this product again considering it’s but expensive with minimum results.

Amazing company, I collected my products from the French office, the staff and service was simply impeccable. I usually place orders online but now that I have seen you can pick up in France, the whole experience has just been pleasant. I would definitely be recommending to all.

I bought their products for £1800, I didnt received my parcel for over 147days!! their service said they wouldn't give me a refund!! very bad experience!!!

"Avoid this seller!"

I ordered through the Irish website, as I live in the EU. I was suprised to be contacted by the custom asking for a lot of different documents as these are medical grade products. In the end they could not be imported to Portugal. I asked the couried to return to sender.

This happened as the producs were sent from the UK which was not made clear when I made the order.

The company refused to refund me stating they cannot accept the product back due to improper storage during transit! I feel if you sell medical produst it is your responsibility to assure correct storage during transit! We pay a lot for delivery fees assuming we will receive a product that can be used..

The process to get my delivery took over 2 months during which time I was ignored by the custumer service a numbe rof times and in the end had to pay another 30euros for another delivery.

I did receive the products after more than 2 months being in transit and coould not use them as they were not stored corectly , so this was a huge waste of money, time and furstration for me.
I do not recomend this company, there are better and cheaper EU companies that you can buy the same producs from.
