"Very Bad company."

Very Bad company.
We are agency and i book with them transfer from airport to city. I book and pay for minibus 22 pax, they send 2 minivan old, dhirty and without air condition.
Also the transfer back to airport the same.
They didn't advise me or client for the change.
2 minivan are cheaper then bus.
Iask them few times to refund the difference, they sayd not possible.
Never i work with them again.
Normally a serious company say "ok for the next order i give you 50% discount"

Run as far away from them as possible! Scammers and have been doing same to other customers.

You book them for a particular number of hours, the driver would disappear inbetween , they’ll call you with a story of failed clutch and you have to find your way by yourself from there. I only just found out from the reviews on your main website and not the fake reviews you put on here.

We paid £800 for 9 hours to take us to Thorpe Park from London and back to 2 destinations in London within these 9 hours, these guys disappeared right after dropping us off, we could leave not leave our travel bags in the bus and had to carry them with along with us at Thorpe Park.

When we finished from the park, we called Driver Jazzy - if that was really his name and he was not anywhere near Thorpe Park. This was a bus that was meant to be waiting for us at Thorpe park. We had to get taxis to move all the kids and adults back to London to meet up with the birthday celebration and Ish who took my booking and charged me refused to pick my calls! Wrote a review on their website and he promised to only refund the taxi payments spent if only I remove the reviews! What an absolute SCAMMER! Run far from them and read other customers reviews on their website . That was my lesson, I didn’t read the reviews on their site before booking them.

UPDATE FROM YOUR RESPONSE BELOW

1. You never told us to take Ubers. We took taxis back to London as it was getting late and we could not keep waiting outside Thorpe Park for another hour and half for you to send a replacement vehicle which in the first place, that bus should not have left Thorpe Park and secondly, you should have sent a replacement vehicle way before we finished from Thorpe Park if you were not a scammer.

2. You only decided to refund the taxi fees because I wrote reviews immediately on your website and because Melvyn spoke to you about it. You Ish still insisted on not refunding the taxi fees unless I take down the reviews I wrote on your site and this site. I won’t be taking down the reviews and If my reviews would help other customers, better it does than to find themselves in the situation I found myself booking you guys.

3. I paid for 9 hours but you never once offered to compensate me for not having the bus for the 9 hours you charged me for nor for the inconvenience caused by not providing the service we paid for. You reluctantly refunded only the taxi fees spent but still insisting I take down the reviews.

And when I refused to, what did you do? You called your bank and maliciously made a false claim that I scammed you and you were trying to claim the taxi refund back from your bank! I am happy the bank has seen who the scammer is here.
