Steve and the team were professional throughout. We had a huge 7.5m door fitted and he liaised with the builder beforehand to ensure everything was perfect in order to get the optimum size out of the build.

Had one slight issue when installing, but a company should be judged on how they sort issues, they didn’t question, were quick to resolve and we are left a very happy customer!

"North West Bifold and Origin OB49"

North West Bifold have recently fitted Origin OB49 bifold doors and a matching pedestrian door in anthracite grey to our Oak Timber Frame garden room build.
Steve is a very helpful and approachable guy who was very happy to work 'with' us to add doors to this Green Oak self build. He was particularly helpful at the planning/measuring stage where he worked with me and advised on floor levels to get the all important floor level right so that the threshold is virtually level. True to his word, Origin produced the doors in a week, and we only had to wait another week for the glass. Installation was done carefully and quickly. Perhaps the most valuable part of the service is that I genuinely feel that if I subsequently have a problem with the doors, I can pick up the phone to Steve and he will come and sort things out. Only time will tell on that one, but so far we are very happy with Steve, North West Bifolds, and the Origin OB49 product.

We were in the process of replacing a large patio door 3.5m x 2m having looked at offerings from the original suppliers, Everest and others. Steve offered us a technically better product (Origin frame and Planitherm 4S glass) at a good price. His communications throughout the discussion phase were excellent, getting replies to my emails at all times of the evening and on Sundays too, and quick responses when I had recourse to the phone.
Order placed and the 4-6 week lead time ended just as we went into the coronavirus lockdown phase. We expected a long postponement before installation, but through careful discussion of the issues, we felt comfortable that we could both of us manage the 2m isolation, and a full sanitise wipe down of the finished doors with a 48 hour wait before using them, gloves worn throughout the job.
Appointed day arrived and we hailed Steve and Connnor through the window, having left the old patio door open and a sheet of last minute stuff attached to the glass.
They knew exactly what to do and we were able to stay well isolated behind closed doors. Steady work through a hot sunny morning, and good to see an array of specialist tools including a cutting wheel on the end of a vacuum to keep plaster dust to a minuimum. All very professional, they didn't want to break for the offered cup of tea preferring to work on with bottles of water.
The installation took 7 hours of solid work, but the end results are excellent, even to them cleaning up the old mastic traces on the brickwork, a task we haven't seen many other trades people giving attention to. The site was left neat and tidy using the broom and vacuum cleaner they had brought, none of this comandeering whatever they saw around the premises like so many trades people do.
What really impressed was the attention to detail and the big range of tooling and equipment they brought to the job.
We would recommend them to anyone and wish them every success in the future. A good team with an excellent product.

By way of a recommendation Steve supplied and fitted a 9 mtr x 2 mtr Atlas Roof Lantern and installed 14 Origin Windows and 4 Bifolds to our Grade 11 Listed Property in Kent being some 250 miles from his home base in Liverpool.

Certainly a large undertaking that he did very professionally and provided fantastic Customer Service throughout the whole process. The finished result certainly looks highly impressive making a significant improvement to our property that has been admired by all who have seen it.

With their knowledge second to none both Steve and Connor have been a pleasure to deal with and all were fitted within the agreed timescales.
