I received the message as delivered without being delivered the parcel. Then I had to follow up with the driver to ensure that it was delivered. This was pathetic.

Supply system is not good. Ordering is not very easy on website and the order never comes on the given time. It is very difficult to connect on phone to follow up.

My order was taken but not delivered. On calling, they informed me about the very high demand that the store/ website was experiencing and apologised for the miscommunciation.

However given my urgency, they ensured that my order was delivered. Thank you!

Dry fruits were nice. But address given to the porter was incorrect and different from what was mentioned in the order causing inconvenience. It was about to be dropped off at a wrong location 8 km away. Had to then coordinate with delivery person for delivery.
