IACS were recommended to move our server hosting for our FMP system to WKD when our existing provider decided to come out of the market at the end of 2020. WKD found us a combined hosting and licencing solution that gave savings on our existing set up. The team were efficient in transferring the hosting over and combining this with a standard upgrade on our existing FMP version. Our system doesn’t require intensive changes nor development so WKD are able to offer a non subscription support facility that can be billed based on piece work. In 2021 we wanted to make some changes to the system, the WKD team are experts in their knowledge of the system and understood all our issues and found solutions to our requirements. Our users are now much happier with the functionality, layout and report exporting within the system. Our thanks to Kieran, John and Amy, we highly recommend WKD.
