I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Aspinal. I ordered four pieces, each of which arrived in perfect condition and in less than one week - international post! Aspinal advised me of the status of my order every step of the way, but the best thing is how lovely each piece is. Can't wait to give my husband his passport cover, especially as it will ease my conscience over the two purses I bought...and my own passport cover.

I’ve never shopped at Aspinal before but with LV and Chanel upping their prices during lockdown, I wanted to try other luxury brands. I did check trustpilot and was slightly apprehensive but I do know people’s standards and expectations are very different particularly with fairly expensive products. My order arrived earlier than expected in beautiful packaging and I LOVE my bag and sunglasses, I’ve not physically seen them before but they are better in person than the website shows and I received them within 2 days of ordering!! I’m now online looking at what else I can buy. Great shopping experience!

"Satisfaction (finally) Repeat customer, treated very poorly when product failed"
Eventually I received a replacement, not without plenty of effort on my part. Regardless the complaint was remedied and therefore I have raised the score to 3.
I bought a briefcase from the Abu Dhabi outlet. Within 5 months a tear developed in the leather on a seam which was wafer thin. After 2 over months of back and forth with their customer services I was offered a repair which I did not accept. At one stage I was informed that the product was actually nearly 4 years old, I bought it in August of 19 and it had failed by December. I could go on but suffice to say I was treated very poorly and having bought several items previously will not be buying anything further. Very disappointed.

New Aspinal customer.
Ordered a Midi Mayfair Black Croc. Received a Midi Mayfair bag in Lilac small croc. In addition the gold feet on the bag are all scratched.
I do not live in the UK and ordered online believing Aspinal to be a prestigious company. I will have to spend $85 to ship the item back to the UK even though customer service sent the wrong item.
In addition I have paid for additional shipping and handling.
I cannot trust Aspinal to send me the correct product and ensure that it is a brand new bag (no scratched feet).
First impressions count.
Edit: customer service has responded to my email.
Still disconcerting about Aspinal shipping out items with scratched hardware. No protective coverings on the feet, hardware, zippers, straps.
Edit: still waiting on a return shipping label. I’ve reordered the bag, hoping they send the right bag this time in an undamaged condition.
Aspinal is incredibly slow in responding back when needing to ship incorrect items back. No word on when I will receive a shipping label.
Final Edit: I received the return shipping label and was sent a replacement bag. This time it is the wrong design and not the bag that was pictured when I placed my order.
I was assured that they would send me the correct bag so yes I am disappointed.
Did they think that I would not notice?
I will return the replacement bag and can truly say that my relationship with Aspinal is over.
I will not attempt to buy anything from them again.

"Appalling customer service"
Appalling customer service. Ordered an iPhone case which had a sharp edge cut my finger and snagged the lining of my bag. Contacted them. Asked to reimburse me as I offered to have the edge fixed as I’d used the item for a day. Didn’t respond. Have sent a number of emails since and no contact. Appalling. Really unprofessional. Will never purchase anything from them again.

"Very poor quality materials,no service at all."
Very poor quality materials. They gave me an expensive wallet from this company, with my engraved original, frayed by the second week the wallet was painted black inside the wallet, the leather so the maintenance was broken outside. in the sixth month of use, the inner fabric was torn and the zipper broken. When I contacted my company they responded that it was due to misuse and they didn't recognize anything, now that they could be misused in a wallet they didn't say I said there would be some way to get it repaired, at least they were skilfully ignored
