Rahim later got assigned to handle my case and was very patient; very professional and most efficient in guiding me throughout my application process to make my application a sure success. My application has been a long and hard process for over 2 years; but with the full support of him, I knew it all along that we were going to make it. It was a wonderful experience working with him.
