First of all I was impressed by the clean smart reception area. As a result I put up with having to wear a face mask which I normally refuse to do since the relaxing of restrictions. David was delightful, friendly and very professional. I particularly was intrigued by seeing the inside of my foot courtesy of the ultra sound scanner. I await his report with interest.

I wish I had heard of Total Foot Care years ago. I left feeling totally confident re the diagnosis after a session of ultrasound and a lengthy consultation. I left pain free after an air boot had been fitted and will be back in five weeks to collect bespoke orthotics plus another consultation and hopefully a little while later no air boot. It is not cheap but what price can you put on your ability to walk without pain and know what the problem is ? Worth every single penny. David Owens top class.

Also recommended changes in caring for my feet and footware to improve the overall effect. I was very happy with the follow on treatment proposed. On the administrative side, a very efficient appointment service, with a follow up email reminder. Very clean and safe reception area. As well as being extremely professional, everyone I met was also very friendly.
