I made an error when I purchased the wrong product from the site - no problem at all to Des -who corrected my mistake promptly. For service, communication, quality, advice (pre & post purchase)- all excellent. I now have a functioning alarm box set up on my Mum's house in Dublin and she's delighted with it. Des sent batteries & brackets in case I needed them (at no extra cost). I opted not to avail of a free pen (to encourage reviews I'd imagine, though I'd have written one all the same) - he sent me one anyway -and (surprisingly) it's great quality! It's rare to encounter such decency and open hardheartedness these days. If Des wrote a book on his life philosophy (I hope he does!) -it would be a must read.
