Absolutely delighted with the service. 5 out of 5 stars it's an understatement, well deserved. The card machine is excellent and never let's us down, easy to use, straightforward and with easy instructions to follow.
And Mark...he is a legend! He goes above and beyond for the customers. He knows what he does, very professional, reliable and most of all..very caring. Would recommend Mark and the product with my eyes closed. A+++++

He has an impressive knowledge of the energy sector and we have always felt that he has our best interests at heart. After much deliberation on our part, we’re pleased to have finally signed a new energy deal and look forward to securing further energy saving and green contracts with FCT in the future. It is reassuring to know that the headache of shopping around, time consuming research and the administration will be taken under their wing.

The service we were given was excellent, they go above and beyond for their customers.
Moreover, the terminal itself is excellent, you have eveything you need right there. If you need to change options for the card machine such as changing supervisor codes or closing of the terminals you get all the information on how to do it, again it's really easy to use and straightforward. Also the terminal came with instructions which were very clear and easy to follow and it honestly made the difference to working out how the terminal worked and all the different options available. We couldn't have asked for better!
