My experience wasn't exactly easy. I made a reservation, and two days after that you told me that the website was wrong and that you should've charged me with 300 extra euros, that at least for me, is not a small price difference. It took me a lot of time to decide to go to a certain school at in which kind of accommodation, so that you come and change things after I paid a non-refundable deposit didn't like me at all. But as I have already paid, I decided to adapt myself and ask you for a change in the reservation. This change took you 2 weeks, in which I had to write a lot of times to get an answer.
In conclusion, you had no initiative to solve my problem, you should have given me the chance to even cancel the reservation in case this was the solution that suited me (not the case, but either way, you didn't think about it) because it was your website what gave me an incorrect price, it wasn't my fault. And, finally, when you make a mistake you have to communicate better with the other person, it's not acceptable that you write "I should get the answer tomorrow" and that a week after you don't show, at least you should write that you were still waiting, because that shows that you care.
