Horrible customer service.
I placed an order three times and confirmed the order, but the team did not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. They only contacted me after I gave them a 1-star review, upon which they misbehaved and said they would not send my order. I got a call from their production team (+92 346 0950600). They told me to confirm my order on the phone, which I did, and they said it would reach me in 4-5 working days, but the order never arrived.
The product might be good but the customer service is beyond pathetic
