"Website full of bugs & Terrible Support"

Website full of bugs. Customer support made countless promises to resolve it but never did. Waiting for over a month in good faith only to get ignored.

"Bug bugs and more repetitive bugs"

We use multiorders for one year now to automatically fulfill etsy orders from our Amazon stocks. The idea of paying for a third party is to automate the process which worked fine for the first 6 months. Then suddenly the API broke. Since then it's been a nightmare. The API is constantly breaking every week. We get the same trivial and repetitive bugs over and over again. Support often don't respond, or give very casual answers and never follow up with fixes or updates. I requested a meeting with management on multiple occasions which was ignored and told them I would write a review if nobody would intervene so here I am. I had too much patience with them company.

"Effective and super accurate inventory system"

I am using MultiOrders to manage my multi platform bossiness.
As a jewelry seller I need to manage a lot of SKU's and to be sure that my inventory is updated simoultansely in all platforms.
MultiOrders make a great job.
Above all this the support are great and very very helpful.
