Everything was good but I also bought the Easystart by micro-air. I haven't installed it yet because it turns out that there is an installation kit that comes in really handy, especially with Dometic units like I have. I had to buy the kit direct from Micro-air and the shipping cost more than the kit. The kit is only 3% of the cost of the Easystart and really should be included but making it available and telling about it would have been very nice. As soon as the kit gets here I will install the Easystart and follow up with a reviews on that.

I returned my purchase with tracking. However, I had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company when my refund hadn't posted for over 30 days. Very disreputable company and I will never make a purchase with them again!

4/7 Update......never heard from vendor regarding this issue. Very interesting how they were very communicative up until I inquired about a refund and status of my refund. At that time, they ceased communications. I reiterate....I will NEVER do business with this company again. They are full of empty statements....evidenced by the fact that they didn't even follow thru with their response to my complaint!

The part arrived promptly but was faulty. I contacted them for a Return Authorization and was told it would be forthcoming. Days later, nothing. Their email said if was time sensitive to call... I called. The lady said it takes 3-5 business days to get a Return Authorization "from the warehouse" and nothing she could do. I emailed again after 2 weeks and have not got a response thus far. Buyer Beware!!
