Edward made the 2FA process smooth and easy, and I'm really excited to get the station re-brand on Radio.Co's already brilliant apps for iOS and Android. Well worth getting up at 5:30am Canadian time, haha.

Problems with schedule calendar, problems with metadata, lots of error messages, if you're looing for something better than just broadcasting your voice once a year THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD FOR YOU. This service should be free for what it is. Also, customer service never really solve any problem at all.

"Not happy with the support"

Not happy with the support. Still no Alexa after 6 months and as for the Android App, this has now become a joke after failing 3 times.

As a separate response to above, James, We need aphone call please to resolve all this, emails take forever to get responded to and just getting nowhere with the guys on chat. All we are asking is for the help needed.

Every time I have an issue that needs to be addressed, these guys and gals come through for me every time. They are very quick to respond even if we are half a world away. They do an awesome job! They have never complained, even in some of the most trying times when I began to get frustrated, where things from my perspective are complexed, especially when it came to the process of trying to get my app on board.

I recently moved to Radio.co from another platform (not named), and am very impressed.
The platform offers loads of support including as YouTube videos, online chat & one to one video chat.

After using a platform that was unreliable with hardly any support at all switching to Radio.co is certainly a breath of fresh air!

Jesse was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me some interesting suggestions on growing my brand, in addition to how to use the dashboard. I am speaking with him again on Thursday.
