"I am ashamed to be their client"

First, I liked this company, their server in LA works not perfect, but suitable. I even transfered my DNS server on their hosting. After a while I asked them to changed my IP address because their LA network got to black-list in the egyptian authorities. First they agreed to change it for additional fee, but afterwards changed their mind and refused. They said "Apply to the egyptian government, it's not our problem.." Very ridiculous and shamed, we are not child.. Of course, refund has also been refused.
I don't advised this hoster to anyone, they are not honest and like money very much

I've webhosting service with them since May and I've had zero down time, all I can say is that they are good and trust worthy.

Never had any issues with my website or emails, they even helped me transfer my website from my previous hosting - JustHost
