"I ordered the Americana Corner sofa…"

I ordered the Americana Corner sofa garden set 3 weeks ago and I took delivery of it yesterday. We live in the Channel Islands so I had called "Made with Rattan" first to get a delivery quote. They advised delivery would take a little longer but they also confirmed they would reimburse the VAT (we don't pay VAT in the Channels Islands).
It was very refreshing to speak to someone each time I called, especially as it was a company I hadn't heard from so I was little nervous.
The item looks great, even better than the pictures and I have been very pleased with the service. I would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and family

Ordered the Jasmin Grey corner sofa and cover, was really impressed with the quick delivery +3 days (next day delivery on website needs to be clearer).
Delivery was find and guys put into the back garden no problem. we are very happy with the quality of the rattan and the table. My only worry is the quality of the cushions. They deflate quite a lot after 30mins and due to the material they do move about alot. perhaps bigger cushions and a different material.

Other than that, we are very happy with the order process, delivery, quality of the product for the price.

Easy to order, was able to book a delivery day to suit us, delivered on pallet and was put where we asked it to be for ease of taking into the garden. A little bit of assembly required on table (no trouble and easy), once set up it looks great and we are very happy with our purchase. Bring on those summer days and nights.

I ordered the sloane corner set and rising dining table and I was very happy with it. The cushions are comfy and good quality.
Above all customer service was brilliant. I needed it in time for my family arriving and madewithrattan did all they could to make sure it got here in time. Lovely furniture and always somebody available at the other end of the phone to answer my queries, would recommend this company, not to mention the very competitive prices.

It came well wrapped and delivered on time , it looked better than what I expected, but when putting it together I did notice quite a few rust points especially around the joints, I just hope that’s not going to be a problem for the future

I have purchased the "Layla with Dining Table and 3 Stools Set" and it is absolutely amazing. I've just had my garden work finished and was so excited to unpack everything so I could get it set up. It looks fantastic and I've had so many compliments from family & friends when they've seen photos - I can't wait to have them round to chill in our garden now. I haven't unpacked the dining table yet as I'll have to wait until there's someone here to help me so I can't review that but the corner suite and stools are fab, so I'm sure the table will be too! The materials used are strong and sturdy, the cushions are thick and comfortable with a high quality fabric for the covers & they don't sink when you sit on them so they're nice and firm. My order arrived on the day arranged and I received a phone call 15 mins beforehand to let me know they were nearly there.
I'd highly recommend this company as the products are outstanding and the customer service is excellent. Thanks for everything! 5 stars!
