Keepersport verspricht gute Qualität, eine vielzahl an Handschuhen (jeglicher Marke), und vieles mehr. Ich habe schon öfters bei Keepersports bestellt und bin nie enttäuscht worden. Weder von Handschuhen wie Adidas etc… noch von der Eigenmarke. Der Versand geht auch zügig, die Kommunikation bei Versandschwierigkeiten ist auch Top.

The customer service is the best around, Gyuri goes the extra mile to help out and answered any questions I had, giving me advice and recommendations for what to do! In all this company, these gloves, have transformed my game! Anyone who hasn’t tried these are missing out massively! 5 stars doesn’t do enough on how good these are!

Une véritable honte commander le 12 décembre pour un cadeau de Noël
Expédition prévu le 22 décembre
Après plus de 27 jours et plusieurs message envoyés au service commercial et un appel de passé je n’ai toujours rien reçu.
Je reprends à nouveau contact avec eux pour leur dire que je veux bien être compréhensive mais qu’au bout d’un moment, il va falloir agir et expédier ma commande.
Sinon, je serais contrainte de demander l’annulation et le remboursement intégral de ma commande, pour non livraison de commande comme l’exige de le code de consommation! Ce a quoi le service commercial me répond sans chercher à expédier ma commande ou résoudre mon problème qu’ils me rembourse. Déçu !!
