The Opera Team pulled out all the stops to get the bed my Dad needed. Even when the hospital kept changing the discharge requirements, they were very understanding and I felt everything was in good hands.

Due to a late change by the NHS they supplied the bed having previously said they couldn't and again your staff were most understanding and helpful at a time of stress and frustration
