"Quick, helpful and know their stuff"

I have used GBMaps excellent colouring in maps before and they are so easy to use, quick and effective. As a result of this I have just had a very specific bespoke mapping/display requirement that was turned round really quickly, with lots of helpful advice from Andrew and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

"Absolute Rubish"

Purchased for planning a charity event. Four formats promised, no jpg in the zip file. So, the pdf is an atrocious quality map with many road names missing. The .png file is so small it is unreadable and the .svg, as for the pdf, is missing many street names. An absolute waste of £7.19 which could have been put to a better charitable use.

Very bad customer service . First place when called we got the help from Andrew.
The price we received for a printed copy was £40 much higher than our local shops . So we decided to take digital copy as we wanted around 10 district maps copy.


After confirming the prices and we went ahead for only digital copy and JUST BECUASE WE DIDN’T USE THEIR PRINTING SERIVCE , he refused to give us the map saying they’re busy with customer who are willing to pay more money.
Wish I could attach an email copy here for the chat .
