"Not a scam..."

Updated: Reached customer support via email and they have been helpful. Was not aware that I´d signed up foor a monthoy subscription.

I ordered once and now have received a third package. No weightloss but suspect is a scam and that my cards are lighter as they are probably being charged despite only placing order for one package.

Trying their numbers don´t work -reached the german custiomer support and no help there.

Just got off the phone with someone at Ketosource. They were so super helpful wanted to return the favour.

They answered a whole range of my questions about ketogenic diets, fasting and about using their Pure C8 MCT oil. I found their advice very clear and straight to the point, and have admiration for how patient they were with all my questions!

If you're interested in ketogenic diets I couldn't recommend them more highly. They really know what they are talking about and really seem to care about their customers.

Been using ketosource products for a while now but just had a consultation with one of the guys there.

Really helpful conversation taking into account my aims and objectives and how much fat I want to lose and how quickly.

They’ve given me some good ideas about how I can change my diet, how I can integrate some of the keto products into my diet to make the most of them and some lifestyle changes.

Looking forward to seeing the results! Will let you know how I get on.

"Disappointed"

Disappointed, had a free 10 min call to decide if I wanted to get more info about a keto programme, have some experience but lacked imagination in planning weekly food menus, was advised that an hours session would help me with this and give me meal planners. I booked and paid. I filled in the questionnaire and then 1 hour before the call an email was sent asking me to fill out a weekly food diary!!!! I didn’t see this email! The call went ahead so at least 20 mins of the call was asking me about food habits, information that would have been on the diary. At the end I got a basic menu plan for 7 days only, a couple of recipes and a table of food choices.

During the consultation I asked about the menu plan having specific macros - it doesn’t

Equally portion sizes ???? Nothing it says a ribeye steak 8oz or 30oz ???

This is info that a person trying to understand the lifestyle needs!

Don’t get me wrong the lady i spoke to seemed knowledgeable and was lovely but I do feel slightly ripped off!!! 99% of what I have I could have found online free of charge, but I am time short so wanted the hard work done for me. I have emailed and asked for more but have been told that’s all you get but they will email me some links on line for recipes.
