"Sold me a printer that wasn't working…"

Sold me a printer that wasn't working when it arrived, after demanding an extra $300 cause the "free shipping" didn't apply to me, then refused warranty and demanded more money if i wanted to see it again.
Absolutely use anyone else but these guys

Ordered a Mars 3 Pro, paid for it, only to find out they still have it on hold 10 days later and have done nothing to change it. Supposedly they sent an email 3 days after taking payment to inform me that they couldnt fulfill thier obligations. What i got was a response to the email asking where my money or printer was stating that they had already emailed me.........

I fairly regularly order from 3DPS, including two printers, and I have been happy on every occasion that I have dealt with them. An easy to order from website, easy payment, and quick delivery without any drama. I would recommend them to anyone for any printing needs.

Faultless service. This is the first company I have ever encountered that keeps an eye on your orders and follows up with you to make sure that the product has arrived when its marked as delivered. When my Phrozen was carded, they followed up with the posties on my behalf to ensure that I got next day delivery as well. I'm yet to see an order not in the mail by the next day (I tend to order out of hours so it'd be a wee bit silly to expect same day at 11pm in the evening).

Prices are good and the quality of products that I've received from here is also good. The resin and filaments do need a bit of tweaking and dialling in but the reality is that you should be doing that with every reel/bottle you get anyway.

All in all. Top tier company. I am a very happy returning customer. My only wish is for a wider range of replacement parts/upgrades so I can spend more money. Maybe combined with an improved filtering system on the sidebar.

I ordered a 3D SLA/DLP printer from 3D Printing Supplies Australia through their website. I received a prompt email noting the status of my order and was kept up to date via email each time the status changed. When the machine was delivered I received an email from Ivy checking that it had arrived intact and that everything was in order.

I could not have asked for more from my interaction with 3DPSA. The machine is exactly as described, the delivery was prompt and the business was very professional.

I highly recommend them as a supplier.
