Buyer beware. Site says they accept returns. NOT. Almost all items are on special sale pricing, or on 'clearance', which can not be returned for refund, nor credit given. Don't believe or trust their return policy.

0 stars. After wearing ring for a FEW hours gemstones already started falling out and the most activity I was doing was folding clothes. The customer service is also slow, and unhelpful. I wouldn’t buy from them ever again

I’m honestly shocked at how beautiful this ring is. I ordered two and am still waiting on the second, which was back ordered, but this one is stuuuuuunning. Truly, I’m blown away. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this place is legit. The packaging is even gorgeous. It comes with a beautiful ring holder, jewelry cleaning cloth and envelope with care instructions. I have my real Diamond wedding ring and band on my left hand and this one on my right and you can’t even tell the difference. My Maxine ring is actually a little brighter and icier if that makes sense. I was on the fence with this purchase, unsure if it would arrive like the photos on their site advertised, but consider me convinced. Love it.

The rings are gorgeous. I have purchased twice in the past 2 months on the buy one get one free. After the first 2 came they were so awesome i bought more. Very happy so far. Lots of compliments. Ok it took longer than 2 day amazon but worth waiting the 2 weeks to get. They email you tracking info

I was planning to do the BOGO order but accidentally checked out before adding the second item to my cart. I emailed them immediately letting them know and they graciously added the second item for me. I was immediately provided with tracking information which was up-to-date and accurate. The ring, earrings, and a bonus pair of simulated emerald earrings are all beautiful. I plan to order from them again.

I cannot get a response to return a ring I am unhappy with. Obviously they do not stand behind there return policy.

"Faded ring; horrible customer service!"

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Ring has faded and become very cloudy after only ONE MONTH. I’ve emailed inquiring about their “one year warranty” and what a hassle it was. I was given directions on how to clean the ring AND an option to pay $35 PLUS $25 for express shipping instead of them honoring their ONE YEAR WARRANTY, what a complete joke!

"Exceptional quality and fast delivery"

I ordered two rings. They both are more beautiful than they are on the website. I am very pleased. They also sent me a free pair of cz earrings. No problems with shipping, actually received them a day sooner than anticipated. I was so nervous after reading some of the negative reviews I read but I had an excellent experience and find the rings to be of excellent quality too.

I follow their FB page and they were doing a giveaway - I was chosen as a winner and could choose between 2 rings. I chose the band. It came faster than expected. The communication via FB messenger was amazing and always courteous and quick to respond.
The ring came with a box, bag, instructions and is gorgeous!! SOO sparkly. Sizing was perfect. I’m VERY happy and pleased. Will DEF be buying from them in the future. I wish I could post a pic of how beautiful this ring is. It’s the eternity band with diamond stones all the way around. Gorgeous.

They are amazing with replying to any questions fast. Anytime of the day you have a question they are right there to help. I had to send my rings in for repairs and asked the customer service line for where to send it to and they sent me an email giving me all the information needed to make it quicker and easier for me. I would 100% recommend this company to any jewelry lovers that value fast service.
