Received half an order from them. One clearomiser and not a single one of the four vape liquids I ordered. No email just a half empty parcel containing half an order and a stupid note saying:

‘…sorry, but we’ve been unable to send all the products you ordered today. The missing items are listed below and these will be sent ASAP’.

Absolutely infuriating. I just cannot understand why they allowed customers to order things that they obviously didn’t have in stock and then to have the audacity to send a single clearomiser. I was like, what the hell am I going to do with that with no liquid?

Absolute tools whoever decided that this was a way to send out a customer order. Not happy at all and would advise people to order elsewhere. This has caused me a mass inconvenience and now I have to buy the vape liquid from elsewhere. No idea when or if I will receive the vape liquid from them but better to avoid and not have the stress.
