"Rude, unprofessional, no creativity."

The most rude, ignorant, unprofessional, wretched company I have come across in decades. Now Kitchens in Helston has been unable to come up with one single creative idea for my kitchen - and they've had 130 days to think about designs. They came to my house. They measured up. I gave them a couple of pages of written 'wishlist' ideas/thoughts. I have a budget of 40K. NOT ONE IDEA! They never even bothered getting back to me. Look at their website and you see they are full of themselves but beware: this is a style over content company. Not to be trusted. Mickey and mouse spring to mind. For your own sake look at other more professional companies before considering this very small team.

Being our first experience of having a kitchen designed and installed we find it difficult to rate this supplier. Some aspects have been excellent but others were quite the reverse. Jono convinced us at the design stage that we should go for all built in appliances and gave us a small discount to encourage us to do so.
During installation Shaun did a really brilliant job of setting the oven unit and adjacent cupboard back into the wall. Also both he and Dave cheerfully accepted minor amendments.
After completion we realised that we had made a major design error and decided to change two of the units. Although strongly advising against this, Jono agreed to quote for and supply the replacements. Since it would be many months before Shaun was available again we made our arrangements for the work to be carried out.
I sent an email to Jono at the end of April advising him of completion of the installation and received the following reply.
"Thanks for letting me know. We are still extremely busy with meetings and design work, although I am obviously keen to come and see you and the installed kitchen. I'm planning to get out at the start of May, so I'll be in touch shortly to make an appointment. "
We appreciate the limitations imposed by the Covid legislation, but had no communication during the installation stage, and now, over three weeks after receiving this message have yet to hear from him. After reading the flattering reviews, I find myself asking - is this really the same company ?

We asked Now Kitchens to plan a contemporary kitchen for our renovation in Falmouth. The designs blew us away. Then throughout the process they have been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and supportive, including installation and after-care. So, top marks — and particular thanks to Christine who was our brilliant planner, designer and project manager throughout.

We have had an excellent experience with dealing with Now Kitchens from Jono in developing and agreeing the design and Shaun the installer and the team from Dukestone for the worktops.

The care, support and communication from Jono was excellent and everything happened when he said it would.

Shaun was again excellent and was able to discuss with us how best to deal with the quirkyness of our old farmhouse when fitting the kitchen and provided an excellent end product. There was no problem that Shaun could not solve well.

Dukestone's worktops fitted very well and the guys were very efficient.

We are also very impressed with the Masterclass units, everything seems very well designed and operates very well.

We are very happy to recommend the whole team at Now Kitchens , we had an excellent experience.

Darren and Christine were very helpful and extremely patient with the many changes we made to the design. We are not local and Darren project managed the installation keeping us updated throughout. We are really happy with the finished kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Now Kitchens.
