Good communication, email and telephone calls. Very helpful and a super fast delivery. They gave an expected delivery date, but it was days before that, but I knew because of their communications with me. This was my first experience with CPAP so I chose the ResMed P10 as it seemed simple and had good reviews (including a positive youtube review). I thought it would take me few weeks to adapt to sleeping with the mask on, but it was unnoticeable from day 1. P10 is excellent (I cannot notice a change in exhalation effort even at >8 cmH2O), and I can sleep sideways and face up without noticing it.
Intus delivered the mask on time via express delivery (which I paid extra for) without any issues.
