"SCAM"

SCAM! My order has had no movement since it was placed. I’ve requested multiple times for a refund and keep getting the same message from an Ali Reed who tells me to be patient 😡. DO NOT waste your money ordering from this company whose orders come from CHINA via YUN EXPRESS!

First let's start by saying they are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. I have attempted to email them twice, have messaged them twice on their website, and have called countless times to be hung up on. I have received no reply. I placed my order on Sep 22 and just received an INCOMPLETE order over a month later. I ordered 2 pairs of pajamas and only received one pair. The pajamas themselves are cheaply made and smell horrible. I have many garments made from bamboo and these are not it. To say this is a scam is an understatement. I spent over $80 on trash. The only positive thing I have to say is the print matched what was advertised.

Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Paid never received merch and Ali red the customer service manager is rude and not helpful.
I purchased for $80.08 2 onsies from the company on sept 25th. The payment came out of my BOA the 26th. On Oct 14th I emailed the company to ask about tracking. A Ali Red emailed me back “what you order?” Then sent me a snap shot of my order being cancelled.
I said yes that is my order but I paid and proceeded to send the BOA statement proof that I paid and Mrs. Non helpful red replied with ‘call you bank’. I called and disputed the claim got my money back thankfully but I’m disappointed because I really wanted the prints they had and at the price people charge you expect to get your product on time and good customer service. I will never order from them again and I will try my best to steer everyone away from the company.
