The Box are an amazing company to do business with. Every time I’ve ordered with them the items have been fantastic quality and well worth their price. Parcels always arrive super fast and in the one instance where one order didn’t turn up (due to the fault of the courier not the business), the customer service I received was absolutely amazing and the problem was rectified within 24 hours. Fabulous company and a long-term source for my tins!! At last!!

The Box provided us with some terrific tea caddies for our zero waste store. The tins are lovely to look at and very practical as well as good value for money. The customer service team are also super helpful. Would really recommend.

"Worst company I've had the mis-pleasure…"

Worst company I've had the mis-pleasure of dealing with (and my day job is in procurement and logistics). Started with cheaping out on packaging for the products, so some arrived dented (£2 worth, but the company owner reacted like I was trying to defraud). The tins themselves are of low quality and not fit for food use. Company made a right saga on returning items for a refund. As other buyers noted below (worth reading the 1 star reviews I agree with everything they say), this company has no idea (or is purposefully obfuscating) their legal obligations on returns, or consumers rights of return and redress. Thankfully card issuer made chargeback without need for small claims.

Worth nothing I've only ever made one ~£20 order with the Box, and this is the fuss they cause. Don't worry, I'm clearly never shopping with you again.

Company reports all unfavourable reviews and tries to get them removed. Provided correspondence to Trustpilot for review and they decided this review reflects my experience.

Company's reply speaks volumes of their attitude. It is also simply untrue reflection of events. I'm still waiting for the police to contact me to investigate the fraud The Box accuse me of.
