NLA's quote was also vastly more competitive compared to the other major leasing providers I looked at. Definitely worth shopping around for piece of mind, but for me NLA were far and away the best value.

Lastly a special shout out to NLA's admin team for being so responsive and amenable to making multiple minor adjustments to the final documentation to meet my employer's requirements.

I recently went for a novated lease, and let me tell you, Biagio was an absolute legend throughout the whole process. Life threw a few curveballs my way, causing some delays on my end, but Biagio? Patient as a saint.

He took the time to really listen to all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dealing with the nitty-gritty of a novated lease can be a bit overwhelming, but Biagio made it feel like a breeze. Well, at least from his end as I still had to deal with a few issues which were not related to him or NLA in any way. If anything, Biagio went above and beyond to make my life much easier!

In a world where customer service often leaves a lot to be desired, Biagio's dedication really stood out. It's not just about the paperwork; it's about the human touch he brought to the whole experience.

They were quick to respond and the price was more than competitive with other quotes I had received. After explaining my quote to me I decided that I would not pursue this option, I then had the EV option repeated to me again and again (I had already said no multiple times). The phone call got to the point I had say stop, I am not interested in an EV. The attitude then changed to suddenly wanting to terminate the call. I was more than happy to hang up and never intend on calling this company again due to the obvious plan to push EV’s!
