MalagaTransfer recently transferred us to Sierra Nevada and back again.

The transfers occurred efficiently and drivers in both directions were polite & deferential. Also, very helpful. Personally, I prefer drivers who don't feel they always have to be chatting. Both the guys were spot on!

Our trip back was a bit of a worry due to snow. They kindly allowed us to bring the departure time forward an hour. The driver turned up exactly on time!

I used MalagaTransfer.co.uk for the first time to transfer from the airport to our hotel near Puerto Banus, plus return. I have to say that the service was excellent - considerate drivers who were on time, with very comfortable and smooth journeys. Would definitely use them again!

"No show at 6am despite booking online."

Ordered a taxi to take a friend to Malaga airport from my home ( just east of the city centre ) at 6am. They didn't turn up! I called the emergency number online and spoke to someone who initially called me back as no log of the booking despite booking online over 24 hours in advance plus confirming the ridiculous price (42€!). They then stopped answering my call back to ask if someone was coming. I eventually gave up at 6.30am and walked with my friend to the main road into Malaga and flagged down a passing taxi.
I've used Malagatransfer before and been happy with their service but this time awful stress for my guest and quite ridiculous price. I will look elsewhere in future! Very disappointing! :-(

"Untrustworthy company"

Terrible service, ordered a car for my wedding and they sent a completely different one. I emailed to complain and was assured someone would come back to me but just ignored. Untrustworthy company. They have now responded to say the car broke down the night before but this has never been communicated to me. Bad communication and if they were going to send an alternative car I would have cancelled as the car I originally booked had sentimental value for my wedding but I never had the option. Badly managed and poor communication then terrible after service. Should not be allowed. I should have been told to manage expectations on my wedding rather than such disappointment and compensation should have been offered
