"Ordered a house name plate"

Ordered a house name plate. Noticed that one of the letters was a capital instead of small print, contacted the company within 24 hours to get it changed but it was delivered with a capital letter. Made a complaint but was told the initial order could not be changed even though I received an email telling me to notify them with any problems. Whoever printed the sign would surely have seen that one of the letters should not have been a capital. Had to order another one at a 20% discount. The sign is fine but after sales service not good
